About the painting:
The Outer Banks of North Carolina is my “happy place”. In fact, it has been the place for fun and renewal for both myself and my family for a number of years. All day long my girl is like a little mermaid, constantly in the water either in the ocean or poolside. Oh the energy! This little vignette was from our pool at the beach cottage where we have stayed the last several years in Kill Devil Hills.
