About the painting:
This little landscape recalls a magical evening I spent looking out from my terrace balcony in Bellagio Italy, across the lovely waters of Lake Como. The contrast of the deep blue waters and the warm terra cotta rooftops created a dance of compliments. Bellagio is known as the “jewel of the lake,” and for good reason.
