About the painting:
I don’t always have to travel far and wide to find inspiration. This view is right in front of my studio looking out on my garden shed and newest garden bed. I named this painting “Garden Gifts” because, aside from the rose bush, which I grew from a cutting, nearly everything in this bed was gifted to me by friends and neighbors.
